These Terms govern your use of the RAE mobile application (the “App”) provided by Sentra Innovations Private Limited (“RAE”, “we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
What RAE is
RAE is a cosmetic skincare companion: it analyzes selfies for cosmetic attributes, keeps a photo skin diary, builds routines, and offers an AI guide. RAE is not a medical service or device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
Eligibility & account
You must be old enough to consent under applicable law. You sign in with your phone number via OTP and are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content (photos)
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant RAE a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the App’s features (analysis, diary, progress). You confirm the photos are of yourself or that you have permission to upload them. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Don’t misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Don’t rely on the App for medical decisions.
AI-generated content
Skin analysis, summaries, and chat responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are cosmetic suggestions, not professional advice.
Purchases, subscriptions & affiliate links
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, billed through the relevant app store. Product recommendations may contain affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on cosmetic guidance.
Termination
You may stop using RAE and delete your account at any time (via Account > Settings > Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of India.
